Role Summary :
Account Manager - ME region will be responsible for managing Market Research and Project Management services. He/She will be responsible to engage with clients and to develop and grow the market research business for new and existing accounts for ME region.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for business generation, gross margin and P&L.
- Managing client engagements and building good research operations proposals independently
- Accountable for managing data collection and, if required, full scope research accounts.
- Manage a team of project managers and work along with operations team to deliver the business objectives.
- Set up and implement new and on-going projects. Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Responsible for process optimizations to bring in operational efficiencies for cost optimizations and saving.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery to research deliverables.
- Create & pursue new business opportunities among prospective clients.
Key Skills:
- Preferable to have experience in managing full scope market research projects from development of proposals, questionnaire design, sampling methodology, management of data collection, data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in quantitative research across verticals - Types of studies - Brand Health Tracking, Usage and Attitude, Ad/concept testing, Pricing evaluation, Customer experience, etc.)
- Good experience in online research project management
- Experience in handling international clients/projects
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering, Science, Management or equivalent.
- At least 10-13 years of demonstrated experience in Market research Industry.
- Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication.
- Meticulous organizational skills.
