Job Description :
- You will be part of real time exchange platform for premium publishers, used to monetize impressions and create more demand stability. Through this exchange, Publishers allocate impressions into Marketplace which advertisers then bid on in real-time.
- The Account Manager at Marketplace plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company. The account manager will effectively manage a defined book of business and has top line revenue responsibility.
- The account manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring Marketplace exceeds our publisher's expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money, protecting their brand, and creating workflow efficiency.
- You will manage and develop publisher relationships from pre-sales support, on boarding and ongoing account management. You will serve as the day-to-day contact with our clients to help them optimize revenue, manage block lists, set CPM thresholds, and work on any issues escalations.
- You will speak to your clients on a regular basis and provide reporting and analysis along with quarterly business reviews. You will work to strengthen the relationship and discover new opportunities.
- You will collaborate with the Publisher Sales Manager to ensure revenue goals are met.
Key Role Accountability :
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer relations, act as a single point of contact for existing clients
- Strong knowledge and interest of ad serving technology, ad networks and the online advertising industry in general
- Ability and willingness to take full ownership of client relationship to answer questions and resolve issues
- Analyze and effectively communicate client results based on inventory performance and reporting data
- Manage general and specialized client requests; including set up, billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries, account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing clients
- Liaising with Ops, Demand, Sales & Finance teams across EU to ensure quick resolution of any issues and ability to juggle multiple client deadlines
Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience in the digital advertising industry, including 2+ years in a client-facing service role
- BA or BSc degree (or equivalent)
- Strong process, management and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excel proficient
- Intrigued by the digital industry.
