- ASM is fully responsible for client projects to ensure all activities of projects are completed and, by maintaining and enhancing client relationships, contributes to business development by
- Successful Delivery
- Account penetration by grabbing first opportunity to Cross Selling services.
- Manage large existing account and ensure High CSAT scores.
- Assist in managing the research/ops team project FW (Vendor Hunt & onboarding, Project lifecycle - recruitment and related activities performance review) to ensure respective activities are carried out timely and effectively.
- Manage existing sales accounts, clients and project relationships and aim for greater client satisfaction.
- Hands on experience in bidding process as add-on skill that can be well utilised for role success.
- Provide all-round project execution design skills in design (planning), supervision and delivery of client projects to ensure meaningful and value-added findings are generated from projects.
- One who could answer and practically prove & implement, Apart from "Costing and quality services" why client should choose MX as their partner.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to enhance trust level and explore further business opportunities.
- Maintain good vendor partner relationships as well as globally.
Requirements:
- Degree holder (particularly in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or its equivalent)
- A minimum of 7-12 years market research experience in Quantitative field, inclusive of 3-5 years' experience in global client facing role for muti-modal projects and sectors
- Good project management skills from proposal stage to final presentation
- Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Hands on experience with MS Office- Outlook, Excel, PPT
- Ability to deliver presentations in a professional manner and maintain daily reports and data for management review.
- Business development skill is an added advantage.
