We have an opportunity for a Account Manager for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- End to end Delivery management
- Overseeing all operational aspects related to resource management, people management (skill development, performance management), and working closely with onshore Regional delivery manager, and unit heads - Contract management, negotiation and administration
- Work closely with Account team in strategic account planning - Sales pursuits and supporting all pre-sales activities
- Strong communication skill sets and working experience in a highly matrix organization - strong knowledge of full life cycle of custom development
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and delivery process for AM and AD projects
- Can drive higher productivity through utilizing best practices and driving factory based solutions
- Experience in pre-sales, and solution definition and Offshore driven delivery
- PMP/ EM Certification a plus
