Account Manager - IT/Hospitality

We have urgent Requirement of Account Manager (Hospitality) for our Noida Headquarter.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Account Manager (Hospitality)

Knowledge/Key Skills

- Develop and execute account plans for key customers

- Establish in-depth relationships with customer organizations

- Understanding customer project requirements in detail as well and delivery requirements.

- Ensure high degree of client satisfaction to grow the account and win repeat business

- Grow and manage existing accounts and prospect new growth initiatives for the business

- Comply timely and accurately for call reports, forecast, customer plans and client analytics

- Demonstrate pro-activeness in identifying project issues and bottlenecks.
Prompt responsiveness to clients as well as internal teams

- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.

- Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.

- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

EDUCATION

- IHM candidate or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or technology

- MBA will be an advantage.

Experience
At least 6-12 years in Account Management from Hotels or IT company (Travel Vertical)
