The role holder is responsible for New Account acquisition and development of existing clients. Profile involves understanding the market, developing inroads and acquire new logos.
Main Priorities:
- Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the Enterprise segment.
- Cover a set of accounts build relationship with decision makers to for identifying the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
- Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers - Upsell and Cross Sell
- Able to handle and interact with Enterprise Corporate clients in a B2B scenario
- Carry on discussion and take them to next level with CIO/CXO level people
- Drive Sales order Booking nos (OB nos)
- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
- Champion the customer's cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
- Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors
- Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
