Within 6 months of launch, we have crossed INR 1 crore in transactions executed. We are adding on to our team of account managers to continue our rapid growth momentum. As an account manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, talent, and internal stakeholders, handling a large number of inquiries individually through various channels (email, phone, chat), and answering anything from basic updates to complex billing/project queries.
You must maintain a high level of client satisfaction to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of communication methods, provide assistance to clients and talent (email, chat, and phone).
- Provide assistance during periods of high volume or in emergency situations.
- Manage a high call volume with both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- As required, work with internal teams to address client and talent inquiries.
- Act as a resource and subject matter expert by maintaining a working knowledge of all service offerings on the platform.
- Develop good client and talent relationships by regularly handling inquiries with a limited number of requests and going above and beyond.
- Act with a sense of urgency in resolving client and talent issues and have the judgment to include the proper people or teams to resolve.
- Handle escalated cases and assist clients and talent who need immediate attention, as needed in the absence of management.
- Have the opportunity to work on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in account management for the advertising/marketing/consulting industry. Knowledge of creative project management is a plus.
- Ability to develop solid, customer-centric relationships.

- Must be able to operate independently and effectively handle time and resources; must be able to balance competing interests.
