Account Manager (Industrial Selling)-North India


SUMMARY:


The incumbent is responsible for Marketing and Promoting sales at North India. Responsible to grow the assigned territory and company revenues by bringing in new business and maintaining business relationships within the existing accounts. Develop long-term relationships with the customers/distributors and develop the key account plans. Develop & lead the team to achieve planned numbers from the assigned territory. Identify and develop customers to grow the adhesive, Primer, Coating and Mold release business in line with the company's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell products and services within an assigned sales territory, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

2. Develop long-term relationships with the customers/distributors and develop the key account plans.

3. The incumbent is responsible for selling products of the EPM & Structural adhesive product division (including adhesives, primers, and coatings) in assigned geographic sales territory.

4. Responsibilities include maintaining existing sales and identifying prospective new customers through both distribution/direct channels.

5. Organize and conduct training to distributors and existing/new accounts.

6. Gather and communicate Market and competitive intelligence.

7. Develop strategies to maintain and increase market share. Identify and develop customers to grow the adhesive, Primer, coating and Mold release business in line with the company's long-term strategy

8. Identify new opportunities with existing customers.

9. Understanding different and new applications of Chemlok adhesives and educating the team on the same for faster commercializing of products in market.

10. Develop good and long-term relationships with Customer personnel and distributors for regular sales and generating new business.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Graduate/PG in Engineering/Science (Polymer/Rubber Tech. / Chemical/Coatings) discipline.

2. More than 6 years of experience of Industrial Selling, especially selling product related to technology.

3. Excellent computer MS office and presentation skills.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Presentation skills.
