Account Manager - Client handling
The Ideal candidate for the role will be :
- Being the SPOC for the Client for their recruitment needs.
- Handling the entire recruitment cycle and making sure of the closure of the position in stipulated time.
- Oversee the smooth running of day to day work.
- Manage the revenue growth and find new ways to maximise the revenue.
- Managing the team and helping them in the delivering the results on time.
- Weekly reporting to the Principal/Partner.
- Coordinating with Clients for getting new mandates and servicing the same.
Requirement :
The requirement for the role are as follow :
- Should have an end-to-end recruitment experience of min. 5 years in the field of E-commerce or FMCG
- Should have great communication skills.
- Should be a good negotiator and have great presentation skills.
- Should have knowledge about Industry Mapping.
