Job Description-
- Manage multiple sellers across categories to deliver on monthly targets (revenue growth and customer delight)
- Identify and grow opportunities within category and collaborate with sellers and evaluate their position to up bring their business with TV Shop.
- Drive seller relation through inventory planning, payment related queries handling and be the single point of contact from TV-Shop
- Plan and execute promotion activities in line with category/festive promotions
- Measure Key metrics and maintain sales data and to optimize sales across categories
- Resolve seller queries and maintain high seller satisfaction
- Gather market and customer insights and provide feedback on buying trends and sale rates to sellers, to optimize sales growth
- Ensure seller SLA's are adhered with timely shipment to customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
- Strong Communication Skills
- Comfortable to travel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce/ Internet/Online industry.
- Should be a MBA
