POSITION: Account Manager - Corporate Sales
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTING TO: Head - Sales
People Manager: Yes
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. He/she should have a strong understanding of the product, technology, and customer needs.
This position shall also be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success-driven Sales team/network across the respective regions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve Company's objectives
- Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment for all orders secured
- Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLA's. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Hard working, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel
- Should have B2B Sales experience
- Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads and make cold calls
- Should have had hardcore field sales experience
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
- 7 - 8 years of Sales experience
- Should have dealt with Corporates
- Comfortable talking to CXO's and above
- Experience in Digital Product Sales / Information Products will be an advantage
Qualification: MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
