We are hiring an Account Manager-Client Servicing for Delhi and Bangalore location for a data, design and technology-driven Event management agency based in Bangalore.

Role: Account Manager - Client Servicing - 6+ years - Reports to Account Director

Location: Bengaluru and Delhi (local candidates preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time - Please note this is a work from office role - 5 days working

Experience in client servicing in Event Management agency is mandatory.

Job Description

The position of an Account Manager is a pivotal role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing one or more client accounts and will function as the direct point of contact for clients.

This position works under close supervision and must be comfortable coordinating with various internal teams. The Account Manager must be able to handle high-stress situations and manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the Agency, ensure the brief is SPOT ON, put together the client presentation and execute overall project deliverables as per timelines.

2. Project Management: Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

3. Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship with clients.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management in the Event / advertising industry or a related field.

2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

3. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
