Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management & Growth:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of your assigned client accounts, including their business areas, deliverables, and specific needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

- Identify new service opportunities within existing client accounts to exceed revenue objectives.

- Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized service and commercial strategies for each client.

Account Management & Performance:

- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon individual and team targets, including revenue growth and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Proactively monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for assigned client accounts.

- Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with all contractual agreements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, exploring opportunities for service expansion.

Recruitment Expertise & Strategic Sourcing:

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.

- Utilize your knowledge of recruitment strategies, procedures, and market conditions to provide valuable advice to clients.

- Continuously explore and implement innovative sourcing methodologies to identify top talent for client needs.

- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of margins and costs associated with recruitment services.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the recruitment industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous positions.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a commitment to ethical sourcing.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and exceeding client expectations
