Location : Client Site, Noida.

Employment Type: Full-time (with Insane).

Overview :

- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Account Manager to oversee the performance metrics and act as the primary liaison between the client and Insane team.

- The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding and analyzing performance dashboards, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution at the client site.

- This is a client-facing role where the Account Manager will work closely with the client team, while being a full-time employee of Insane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Metrics Management: Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular reports and insights to both the client and internal teams.

- Dashboard Expertise: Maintain and manage performance dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely data representation.

- Ensure that key metrics are easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the Insane team.

- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Communication: Coordinate between the client and Insane's internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Facilitate clear and open communication across all levels.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the client, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided.

- Work Schedule: Work according to the client's operational timings and follow their workweek structure.

- Ensure that work schedules are met and deliverables are achieved as per client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in managing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present performance data clearly.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or project management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with performance management tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to client-specific processes and work hours.

Note:

- This role requires full-time dedication and presence at the client location in Noida.

- The working hours and workweek will be in alignment with the client's schedule.
