About the job:

Position: Lead, Asset Accounting & Control

Location: Paradeep (Odisha)

The candidate shall be responsible for Asset Accounting & control for Odisha location.

Following is essentially required for the position:

Qualification: CA/ICWA

- Required 5 years post qualification working experience with atleast 3 years working experience in Capital/Project Accounting.

- Exposure to SAP is must.

Must have handled following job in the past:

- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register with acquisitions, dispositions etc.

- WBS and internal order settlement

- Monthly depreciation run

- Knowledge of PV of Fixed Assets.

- Should have actively handled the PV process

- Capitalization of Fixed Assets

- Maintenance of CWIP register

- Monthly MIS for Capital Expenditure in comparison to the Capex Budget, CWIP age analysis

- Conduct periodic Impairment reviews of PPE

- Working knowledge of AP function from PR till payment.

- Sound understanding of MM module functioning besides FI & CO Module.

- Sound knowledge of working on MS Excel, MS Word, Power point.

- Lease Accounting

- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures for reconciliation of fixed assets

- Handling statutory, internal and other auditors

- Good communication and interpersonal skill
