Account Manager - BFSI Testing Services - Middle East client Exposure
Work Location : Bangalore/Trivandrum/Chennai , Local from Middle East can be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the GCC region, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell testing services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing account profitability.
- Collaborate with the delivery and solutions teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery, addressing any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within the BFSI sector in the GCC region, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify potential clients and establish rapport.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape within the BFSI domain, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our testing services to key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management within the BFSI sector, preferably in the GCC region.
- Deep understanding of testing services, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance requirements within the BFSI domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
