CANDIDATE PROFILE -
- Strong academic background, MBA from a Top-20 institute
- 4-6 years in B2B Institutional sales.
- Preferred industries include Education, Enterprise Software, Media, Financial Services, Biomedical that include long-cycle sales
- Proven track record in closing large accounts (5 to 10x of average deal size in industry)
- Ability to gather detailed market and customer intelligence
- Confident and assertive personality with high level social networks
- High-degree of hunger and persistence to endure long sales cycle
- Ability to negotiate complex techno-commercial offers
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be single handedly responsible to enroll large private and public K-12 school networks in North India.
- Generate highly qualified market intelligence on growing/large school chains
- Build consultative relationships with owners and trustees
- Orchestrate academic and commercial buy-in with all stakeholders
- Structure service offering, negotiate and secure business.
MUST HAVES -
- Strong personality/network/contacts to persuade senior school owners, trustees
- Should have a track-record closed large chain-school deals (30L+/8-10 schools) on his/her own
