Position Title : Account Manager / Area Sales Manager
Reporting to : Regional Manager- TD
Division / Department : Tissue Diagnostics
Business Development :
- Responsible for meeting with the sales budget in tissue diagnostics
- Initiate cold calls to prospects within the assigned territory
- Acquire new customers from lab visits and by study customer requirements
- Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relations
- Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new businessdevelopment
- Responsible to timely cater customer queries
Distribution Management :
- Liase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders
- Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent
- Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders,dispatches to the end user from the stockists
Clarify Data Management (REXIS) :
- Updation of Information regarding customer visits
- Updation of Competitors information
- Creation of new database and process documentations
- Management of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers
