Client relationship management and development
- Understands client needs holistically, and able to spot new opportunities for client development;
- Explores opportunities to add value to client requests: brainstorming solutions to more complicated briefs, leveraging our employee journey and platform;
- Can articulate what we do, how we do it and explain why we need key information to clients;
- Accepts ownership of new/unique projects;
- Develops a trusted relationship with key client contacts, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a valuable and satisfied client relationship;
- Takes straightforward client briefs and probes with the right questions;
- Comfortable following up with client contacts to collect all necessary data and ensure projects stay on timeline;
- Delivers project success results, explaining value received from results;
- Comfortable with thought leadership - researching latest trends, events, etc in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to deliver updates to clients and contribute to new business team.
Internal Team Management
- Reports to manager on a weekly basis with project updates and time allocations;
- Manages general admin duties related to your client portfolio - raising job numbers, updating work trackers, etc;
- Works with teams abroad, their time zones and unique work week schedules (UK, US, Australia);
- Develops media, creative and studio briefs, and schedules and conducts briefing calls with the appropriate teams;
- Follows up with internal teams to ensure projects stay on timeline;
- Ensures deliverables stay "on brief" and "on brand" for our various clients' needs and brand identities - must have an attention to this level of detail;
- Has a strong understanding of social strategies and high-quality social content (for both paid and organic projects), and understands social media landscape and trends;
- Has a strong understanding of digital UX and best practices;
- Has a strong understanding of the processes behind planning media proposals, launching media plans and analyzing media results;
- Analyzes a media plan holistically - checking for gaps, innovative approaches, synergies, involvement required from client and internal parties, evaluating budget requests etc;
- Analyzes ongoing project results, flagging where there are concerns while projects are still progressing.
Financial forecasting and budget tracking
- Proficient in putting together project budget plans and pulling time reports to monitor and ensure projects stay within budget;
- Comfortable managing their respective financial contributions to the agency (i.e. client income) and reporting income updates to the Executive Leadership team.
