As an Account Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for :
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular communication and relationship-building.
2. Revenue Generation & Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while achieving revenue targets and fostering account growth.
3. Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with the client's goals and market trends.
4. Contract Negotiation & Renewal:
- Lead contract discussions and ensure timely renewals to minimize churn and secure favorable terms.
5. Internal Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions that meet client expectations.
6. Customer Advocacy:
- Act as the clients advocate, addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing customer loyalty.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor account performance and generate insights through regular reporting and data analysis.
8. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth client relationships.
