- Build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and handle escalations.

- Hiring for key roles within the team.

- 2 - 3 years of experience as individual contributor in customer facing roles.

- Excellent excel skills.

- Excellent verbal & presentation skills.

- Strong written communication skills.
