Key Responsibilities: -
1. Drive Client Value Creation: Understand client priorities and leverage Accenture's capabilities to bring to the client right teams / capabilities to address these priorities
2. Drive Accenture Financials:
a. Drive Sales, Revenue and Profitability for Accenture along with long term capability built on the back of client engagements
b. Manage Industry / Account/ Project P&L
3. Build Client Relationships
a. Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through indepth client / industry understanding
b. Build internal Accenture networks to be able to leverage to bring the best of Accenture to the client
4. Drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to drive business
5. Manage sales process for large and complex opportunities deploying robust win and negotiation strategies
6. Develop / Manage team of high performing individuals
Knowledge and skill requirements
Individual must have
a. Extensive experience in the Life Sciences & consumer Goods with In depth Industry expertise including the Industry trends and future capabilities such as digital
b. Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the Industry role
