- Responsible to manage and lead the entire talent acquisition and delivery process of a leading account/client for their different verticals.
- Involved into planning, implementing and execution of various hiring models and recruitment strategies.
- Managing a team size of 10 with ensuring the productivity and TAT outcomes of each, mentoring and coaching the team members in terms of better quality and delivery.
