Account Head - IT Services - BFSI domain based in Bangalore
Working Hours - US shift (starts from 6pm IST)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Growing the technology services business. You will be based in one of our offshore centres in India and lead a team of account managers and help them grow some US based accounts.
- Ability to lead multiple domain-oriented conversations and engage with client C-suite stakeholders and functional leaders
- Strong understanding of hi-tech services solutions in cutting-edge technologies like Digital & Cloud Engineering, Experience Engineering, Data Science, Quality Assurance to create strong and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years relevant cross industry experience in IT Services Sales managing end to end key account management
- Must have experience in handling onsite clients
- Managing and growth US / UK remotely from India and managing a remote account manager team
- Supervisory experience of directly managing account managers and helping them achieve KRAs.
- Knowledge of contractual constructs in IT services and solutions selling organization
- Open to travel as per requirements to meet internal and external stakeholders as part of business development efforts
- Working experience with US & UK clients is a must
