Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- As an Account Executive - SMB, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new SMB customers and expanding our customer base in India. You will leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and present the value proposition of our digital risk management and threat intelligence solutions.


- This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth while ensuring that SMBs have access to cutting-edge cyber security solutions.

- Prospect, identify and generate leads within the SMB segment in India to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts, identifying their digital risk management and threat intelligence needs.

- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within SMB organizations, understanding their challenges and articulating how our solutions can address their specific requirements.

- Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our cyber security SaaS solutions.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports using CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and differentiate our offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualification and Experience:

- Proven track record of at least 7+years in B2B sales, preferably within the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, and experience selling to SMBs.

- Sound understanding of cyber security concepts, digital risk management, and threat intelligence solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals with SMB customers, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and position our solutions as value-added offerings.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to driving business growth and achieving sales objectives.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned territory.
