Role: Account Executive (Inside Sales)
Location: Bangalore
Shift: US Time Zone (5:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
No of openings: 10
Salary: 60/40 split (60% fixed + 40% variable)
Max CTC: 18,00,000 per annum
Timings: US time zone
We are looking for Account Executives who understand SaaS and SaaS selling. Our biggest investment in you will not be your Paycheck but the Training that we will offer you.
This will be a rare opportunity to manage your pipeline end to end and even move to a customer success mode. this job will truly make you the CEO of your pipeline. We are looking for someone who is still hungry for learning and open for coaching.
Out major clientele is in the US, hence you will be working for the US time Zone.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for any new Leads. Effectively, also the face of the Company. So Excellent Written and Spoken communication skills are a must.
- As an account executive, you are also responsible for the Sales Hygiene. This involves logging all activities in the system, making sure leads and opportunities are updated and in the correct stage at all time.
- You will carry a quota and we expect you to hit the quota as often as possible. Statistically, the bare minimum would be 80% of your quota every quarter.
- Act as a bridge between the Customers and the Product team when it comes to feedback
- Take ownership of your Pipeline and constantly innovate.
Requisites:
- SAAS Sales Experience is a MUST!!
- You should have worked for the US/European markets in the past.
- Inside Sales experience is required.
