Account Executive (Permanent WTF)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Speaking to prospective clients
- Understanding their unique requirements
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition
- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
Requirements :
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
- Passion for working for a tech startup
- Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
- Skill-sets and traits we're looking for (You're awesome at)

- Deep understanding of how to sell
- Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus

- You can work remotely (Our company is based in Bangalore otherwise)
- Sundays are a complete off. Saturdays we work at our own time. We crush Monday-Fridays but only between 9 - 9.
