Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced Account Director for our Social/Digital Marketing division.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5-8 years of experience in managing client relationships and driving marketing strategies.

- This role requires a proactive leader who can foster strong client relationships, manage account performance, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients by delivering exceptional after-sales service and creating a positive onboarding experience.

- Client Interaction: Regularly engage with clients through telephone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to address their needs and concerns.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all existing and potential clients.

- Business Development: Inspire repeat business by identifying opportunities to offer additional value to clients.

- Timely Response: Address client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to provide clients with actionable business insights and use these insights to enhance service offerings.

- Financial Management: Ensure timely receivables and effective cash flow management from clients.

- Internal Coordination: Oversee the smooth functioning of accounts by coordinating with design teams, media teams, managers, and other stakeholders to meet all deliverables.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in client management and digital marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
