We are looking out for Account Director/ Sr Manager- Client servicing - BTL & LOYALTY for our client office at Thane ( Wagle estate)

Responsibilities
- Handling all post-sales tasks for all promotional projects
- Ensure smooth launch and running of multiple client programs and campaigns
- Data management and file uploads
- Coordination with multiple internal teams (Operations, Tech, Creatives, Copy, Fulfillment)
- Key Account Management and Setting up processes for smooth running of multiple programs
- Responsible for smooth execution of all the campaigns under the Client Servicing team
- Work with the management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients.
- Contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Escalation Management, Responsible for future business generation from existing clients
- Foster a productive and empowering working environment
- Deliver company business and revenue goals
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in client servicing role with hands on experience in technology, good analytical skills and a strong preference for retail experience.
- Must have positive attitude and a team player
- Work proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Prior experience in growing accounts and mining new opportunities within existing accounts
- Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship building experience
- Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing, or similar media environment is a plus
- Agency background is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
