Role : Account Director - Private Wealth

Reporting to : Market Director - Private Wealth

Location : Bangalore

Principal Accountabilities / Major Deliverables :

- Responsible for handling private banking clients and advising them across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate and alternative investments and thereby, help drive the business forward

- Also responsible for building an asset book and maintaining the Net Interest Margin of the asset book.

- Should maintain and continuously acquire and develop a high end client base

- Understanding of Processes, Products and compliance.

- Monitor actual business performance vs. the goals continually and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of the goals and objectives as set out in the business plan and always remaining within the limits set by the budgets and compliance norms for rules, regulations and internal processes.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Private wealth / private banking industry

- Strong Relationships with HNI/UNHI clients / Familiies / Trusts

- Ability to structure deals as per the clients needs/requirements

- Excellent Relationship building and networking skills
