Position Title: Account Director
Division / Department: Private Wealth Management
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata
1. JOB PURPOSE
Candidate would be responsible for developing and sustaining UHNI relationship by consistently achieving the strategic goals / objectives of clients & management. Candidate should comply with applicable rules, regulations and processes as defined by regulators / management.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prospecting & acquiring new UHNI clients.
- Understanding the client's Risk profile & financial goals.
- Preparing an investment plan in consultation with the central Product team and suggest an appropriate asset allocation plan.
- Present the detailed plan to clients, educate & help the client take an informed decision.
- Execute the investment plan in consultation with the client.
- Monitoring & reporting the performance of the portfolio of the client regularly.
- Products being offered are across asset classes - e.g. Mutual Funds, Direct Equity platform, Bonds, Corporate Deposits, Structured Products, Portfolio Management Service (PMS), Private Equity, Real Estate, and Alternate Assets & Estate Planning solutions etc.
3. Financial Dimensions
Should be managing AUM of at least 100 Crores. Candidate should be able to meet the productivity norms as specified from time to time.
4. Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management / MBA
Minimum 8 yrs. of relevant experience in Private wealth/ private banking industry
