Account Director - Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore
Our client is a world leader in Co-Working spaces. The account director is an integral part of the sales team handling large/key accounts and handling the whole sales process for these accounts, from lead generation to closure of their co-working space requirements.
- We are only looking for candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry
The Role:
- Manage a book for Fortune 500 accounts in your market
- Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with corporate heads of real estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders to grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with Enterprise Business Development team to develop targeted account list.
- Run the entire sales process, from qualification to close
The person :
- Should have a proven track record of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations; the ability to articulate company's strategy and vision to a variety of audiences; and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology.
- 10+ years of Sales Experience with at least 5 years in Enterprise sales in a BFSI/NBFC handling enterprise accounts or Super HNI's
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment, in a client facing capacity
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Sales force reporting
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
