As an integrated communications entity that leverages its expertise across diverse portfolios in the health and life sciences domain, our ask is a little beyond basics. We are looking for Account Director will serve as the strategic point of contact for S.P.A.G's clients also parallelly manage and grow our existing client accounts by devising client strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client objectives.

Experience: 10+ years- experience in the Client Servicing/ Account Management profile with the Advertising or Healthcare industry.

Key Deliverables:

- Independently handle S.P.A.G's clientele, to drive business growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan for accounts to meet client retention and business targets.

- Attend client meetings individually or with colleagues to ensure that S.P.A.G is recognized for professional excellence, innovation above and beyond our competitors.

- Thorough Understanding of client business, market, and its brand.

- Should possess relevant experience in brand advertising having an advertising background.

- Should be solely responsible for financial management related to all payments and concerned financials of the business.

- Should possess leadership skills to lead a team, for new business development and target numbers.

- Responsible for strategic thinking and New business development

- Should have strong domain knowledge of healthcare advertising

- Liaising with the internal team to ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative team.

- Should have relevant experience in any pharmaceutical company or Healthcare Advertising company

Academic/Educational Requirements:

- B. Pharma / B.Sc

- Would prefer MBA in marketing

Required Skills/Experience:

- An astute professional having strong experience in Client Servicing with advertising background and expertise in handling multiple client accounts, along with business development experience.

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including but not restricted to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong Ability to research, analyze and create exceptional pitch presentations, support data, and organized client management plan.

- Ability to apply numerical skills to analyze data, interpretation of facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, think critically and check for errors or variance from targets

- Excellent attention to detail, an exceptionally high degree of initiative and adaptability, and the ability to multi-task.


Salary Offered : 12-15LPA
