Account Director - Digital Marketing - Media

- Who have experience in strategizing, implementing, executing & optimizing a complete Digital Campaign

- Has worked extensively on pitches with some conversion rate

- Team handling experience

- A sound understanding of Media Plans to be able to suggest & run meetings with the clients (although we have a Media team in place)

- Some experience/understanding on SEO campaigns/ projects

- Has done social media campaigns based on setting KPIs & ROI

- Has some network of influencer/ bloggers

- Who has some understanding of basic tools used to track traction & is able to work on reports based on the data available

- Also, very dynamic because this person will head a cluster of accounts, will partner with a CD & have around 7-8 reportees (direct & second level) and is expected to run the show
