Role : Account Director

Summary :
The Account Director is the orchestrator of interactive/online campaigns, large and small. He/she will be the operations point of contact for the product & service categories assigned within the client's business. The AD needs to nurture the client relationship by constantly demonstrating ability to deliver effective campaigns. The incumbent must have prior experience of managing and delivering interactive/online consumer brand campaigns; practical knowledge of emerging digital channels and know how to leverage digital media for brands and consumer. The candidate must be passionate about digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client relationship management
- Develop digital campaign briefs in collaboration with planning
- Manage & deliver digital campaigns including resource planning & allocation
- Demonstrate knowledge of leveraging digital for consumer campaigns by creating campaign plans and defining interactive tactics.
- Leverage best practices from local office and the agency network
- Liason with partners & vendors as required for the delivery of campaigns

Must have :
- Experience in planning & managing delivery of websites, microsites, banners and email campaigns
- Understanding of web analytics and tool usage (Google Analytics/Site Catalyst/Web Trends)

Experience Level :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in interactive/digital marketing operations
