- The Account Director will oversee account managers on the team.
- Maintain good relationship with the clients.
- Responsible for organic business growth.
- Lead team work on MNC clients to offer ongoing digital counsel; manage client's digital/social media comm strategy, content development and social media programs.
- Finance management & evaluate the response in terms of revenue.
- New business development support.
- Team leader of a team with 4-8 members.
- Coach, guide, evaluate, and develop team members to be capable in meeting market challenges in strategy development, tactics planning and execution.
- Maintain the team's stability.
Skills Required:
- 5-9 years- experience as an Account Director or Account Group Supervisor at a digital agency.
- Digital agency account service experience and managed the most senior client relationship on the clients served.
- Digital savvy.
- Passionate about Digital/social media communications as well as technology/trends.
- Strong planning skill and strategic thinking
- Strong creativity and out-of-box ideas generator.
- Strong team leader with proven record.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
- Preferred experience background:
- 5+ years of Digital Agency experience
- Experience of handling the most senior client relationships
