Client Consulting and execution with data-driven goal setting and measurement
- Starting portfolio of clients - 5-6 in Bangalore
- Set annual goals for clients (integrated with digital) that can be measured on a quarterly basis
- Set quarterly and monthly goals and execution plans that align with them
- Deliver data-driven reviews and forward planning on a quarterly basis
- Provide crisis communication advice and support
- Earn client trust as a partner who can be relied upon to deliver results
- Manage client expectations, and proactively anticipate and resolve day to day issues and client conflicts in an effective manner
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the company business plan by ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Work with the finance team to ensure that all client billing happens in a timely manner
- Ensure client approvals for all expenses are in place, to ensure zero bad debts
- Reconcile all the expenses incurred and submit the invoice to the client on time. Also, ensure that the collections are done within the credit period
Team Management and Development

- Encourage teamwork through effective delegation across all levels
- Put in place and ensure the execution of a training plan for the entire team to support their skills development
- Undertake on the job training for team members to help develop relevant skills
- Provide team members with constructive feedback on a regular basis to improve the effectiveness
- Regularly and openly recognize good work and behaviour by team members
- Set high professional standards for the team to follow
- Demonstrates professionalism to support the building of the firm's reputation in the local market
- Anticipate potential issues related to own work and commitments in a timely manner
- Work with finance to understand own team's utilization and efficiency levels and ensure these are at healthy levels
- Work with HR to manage own PDP, ensuring that feedback meetings and reviews happen on time and that PDP commitments are fulfilled
- Participate in training and development initiatives as required to acquire the required skills.
New Business Growth - Help win more
- Develop strategic PR (PR that includes content and digital) plans that demonstrate an intimate understanding of the industry and competitor landscape and helps achieve client business goals
- Proactively support new business development, lead pitch efforts in collaboration with Girish
- Write pitch decks getting the required support from the team in terms of research and ideas
- Be able to prepare high-quality documents i.e. final drafts of new business pitches, proposals, media plans, review documents and new ideas for existing clients
