Account Director - Client Delivery
Client relationship management and development :
- Drive client growth and drive the client strategically, being able to provide solutions that sit within the offering
- To develop a deep understanding of all your clients needs, operationally as well as strategically
- Accountability for the overall delivery of solutions across all client projects that meet and exceed client expectations, first time every time
- Manage day-to-day running of your client team, ensuring that a strong client relationship is maintained throughout.
- You will act as a senior representative of the organization
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a cohesive and successful partnership between all client and relevant teams/departments that are involved with the client, ensuring that client teams are upskilled on the clients needs
- To drive the client and the agency to think creatively and strategically.
Developing and working on new business :
- Supporting the new business team on pitches and presentations. You will also be responsible with supporting in the writing of tenders
- To spot opportunities through your own network and with the new business team about these opportunities
- To attend new business pitches, therefore be comfortable with presenting.
Financial forecasting and business planning :
- Monitor client profitability, and working with your designated Project Manager, review overall project profitability across flagship projects
- Responsible for developing client development plans - working with the Managing Partner, you will input into these plans and help drive the commercials of your client portfolio
- Actively seek ways to increase client revenue, spot opportunities and have a view on best practice in the external marketplace.
People development :
- Lead your team to provide a high level of customer service
- Deliver regular real-time feedback to team members
- Act as a mentor to junior members of the team
