Account Delivery Manager - Financial services - Leading Multinational IT Services client - Noida

- Manage deliveries across all the projects within the account and various interralated deliverables for investment banking/ capital markets accounts with large cross-functional, globally distributed team

- Manage project initiation, scope definition, high level planning, set up and run project governance

- Design project delivery phasing with lead BA and other teams

- Manager stakeholder

- Change agent who drives continuous improvement journeys for delivery excellence, new capability development, cost savings/ gross margin improvement, efficient operations and improved customer satisfaction at the account and (or) the organization level.

- Provides thought leadership in one or more areas across delivery, methodology, technology or business domain.

- Manage project budget and financials

- Ramping up team and managing a team of 50+

Desired profile :

- 15-19 years of exp in IT industry

- Should have knowledge and exp in project life-cycle

- Strong understanding of regulatory delivery programs

- Should have handled a team of 50+

- Exp in project management using agile methodologies, estimation

- Should have exp in Account mining and presales

- Should have Valid B1

- MBA preferred
