- Responsible for handling the existing business (B to B) with all big direct accounts and dealers for a complete sales cycle and keeping healthy business relationship.
- Responsible for making financial analysis for paint consumption at body shop level and ensuring correct consultation thru the help of tech team.
- Responsible for new business development in the assigned territory by converting competition products to Company as well as capturing emerging body shop's business.
- Responsible for tracking competition activities and marking potential business by creating strong pipeline.
- Responsible to plan and execute BTL marketing activities wherever needed.
- Responsible for managing where house and its services to the customer by reviewing it with CFA on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for time to time reconciliation of accounts with the customers to maintain financial hygiene in the system.
- Responsible for making/updating the accurate forecast at SKU level on monthly basis.
Above are the basic requirements for delivering the job, this is a 1cr+ gross business per month with at least
- Graduate/Post graduate -experience related to Business Development, good communication and interpersonal skills. Have to deal with premium clients/ dealers with more than 100 showrooms. Its multiple showrooms/body-shops under one customers , some of them are as big as having 10-20-30 and 100 as well.
Language Preference - English, Kannada will be an added advantage
