Job Title: Vice President/ Lead for a Pharma Vertical, Accenture BPO Delivery Centers in India

Location – Bangalore and Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

- Accountability of being the single point of contact

- Managing relationships across Operating Groups, Senior Client Buyers and Functional Owners for the designated project

- Ownership and accountability for acquiring necessary sign-offs for the project with relevant inputs from operating groups on client’s business objectives, industry group, risk assessment, budget and preferences as per the process specified for escalations

- Manage communications across the sales team and the subject matter experts during the sales process

- Supervise collaboration with the Outsourcing Service Delivery Team

- Co-ordination with the Legal and Commercial team & the Corporate Transaction Services (CTS) team in areas specific to the solution to ensure standardization

- Collaborating with the Operating groups frequently to provide inputs on Terms and Conditions

- Being accountable for specific Outsourcing contractual terms and conditions

- Identify leadership contacts for service transition and operations

- Ensure smooth transition of the solution planning for closed deals

- Being the interface between the delivery organizations to ensure effective transition and share services

- Collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver

- Orchestrate the action points which resulted out of the quality assurance process

- Solution Planning and Shaping agreements for Qualified Deals

- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering approach for a deal including formulating the solution plan, proposal and the cost estimate leveraging standard process methodologies, deliverables & the appropriate collection of offerings

- Collaborate with the sales team as a key member to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and to other internal Accenture groups

- Align and finalize the solution architecture with accurate terms and conditions ( solution architecture to include statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents)

Commercial and Financial Responsibilities

- Prepare the business development spend estimate, schedule, work plan and resource/ sourcing plan

- Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates

- Craft the cost model estimates working with Service Delivery, Solution Management ( whenever applicable) and Corporate Transaction Services to deliver as per the defined scope of services
