Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify assignments and goals on work plan

- Explain basic business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities

- Explain typical business process models and other related knowledge and tools

- Support industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking

- Assist in collection, analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities

- Assist in the development of to-be processes, including: document process flows using standard process models and templates and identifying and removing inefficiencies and obstacles within a process

- Support to-be design through research, future processes design, analysis of findings around the - gaps- in current capabilities

- Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies

- Should be aware of common risks on a project and their potential impact

Identify, track, resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion (issue log)

Report status on work

- Develop deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)

- Manages workload effectively to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:MBA

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

- Should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

Corporate Transformation; Mergers & Acquisitions; Shareholder Value Analysis (SVA); Organization Strategy; Pricing and Profit Optimization; Growth and Innovation.

- The individual must have outstanding, consistent academic performance

- Have good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnostic skills

- Have an eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

- Should be able to work creatively and analytically to strict deadlines in a problem-solving environment

- Should be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments

- Be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Should have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Possess excellent presentation skills

- Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
