Role : Service Delivery Lead - Health Care Operations - Payer/Provider/Claims Operations
Level : AVP / GM
Overall Purpose of Job :
To Lead and Manage Delivery Operations which includes following operations :
- Lead Service delivery
- Delivery management
- Improve operating efficiency
- Develop people
- Develop relationship with client counterparts
- Manage contract terms and conditions
- Coordinate and manage assigned capability roles
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA (or equivalent) preferred and Healthcare experience required
Experience :
- At least 12-14 years supervisory experience leading a team of at least 70-100 people in a related work experience
- Strong Operations management
- Management reporting experience
- Managing measured productivity of team
- Client facing skills (from Ops perspective)
- Experience managing productivity-driven operation
- Experience building business cases
- Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) desired
- General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Aware of Healthcare/HIPAA regulations (additional)
- Expert knowledge of Operations processes and supporting tools

- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience
