Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and achieve the vision, strategic objectives, annual business plans and P&L targets

- Drive entry into the paints segment for new entrants

- Sets up the sales and marketing footprint as per the business plan

- Monitor and analyze market trends, studying competitor's product and services strategy, executing marketing and GTM strategies

- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly - Consumer trends, influencer trends, channel trends.

- Leverage existing product lines and commercialize new customer segments and products to grow the market and of Business p product launches, marketing schemes - ATL & BTL, loyalty programs etc

- Interact, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Educational qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred.

Skill Requirement:

- Should have experience of Sales in Paints industry

- Understanding about how Paints Industry operates - current market trends/Govt regulations on Paints industry

- Demonstrate leadership skills

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
