Talent Supply Chain management and Exec Hiring Lead for Accenture Operations As a Exec hiring lead should be able to manage hiring against the leadership roles and as a TSC lead fill most roles with minimum guidance finding innovative solutions to challenging staffing situations. Also design, build and communicate HR programs, processes, practices, roles and technology requirements Responsibilities as an Exec Hiring lead - Delivering to recruiting targets set for leadership hiring, across different function in Accenture Operations - Managing recruiting metrics, supplier relationships, budgets and compliances. - Active collaboration across complex relationships is key . This role demands extensive application of programme management principles to manage stakeholders. - Responsible for engaging business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support recruiting - Drive market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to business leads and enable meaningful conversations - Communicates effectively - Anticipates and resolves issues-Anticipates, takes mitigating steps to avoid, and quickly resolves issues that occur. Responsibilities as TSC Lead : - Responsible for filling roles assigned to their resource pools and for getting their people staffed internally - Make scheduling decisions considering and balancing our scheduling principles and always reflecting our Core Values - Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation - Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resource - Ensure accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems - Support Client Supply/Demand Specialist in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements.
