- Accenture Ecosystem & Alliances team is responsible for supporting business across its Operating Groups (Products, Resources, FS, CMT, H&PS) and Growth Platforms ( Digital, Strategy, Consulting, Technology & Operations ). As a member of the team, you would be part of a dynamic and high energy environment which is responsible for expanding firm's presence on a global stage.
Job Description :
This role is responsible for increasing firm's revenues by increasing the ecosystem play for Accenture, by working with various influencers, technology & SI players in the industry
Alliance Management :
- Develop a joint GTM with the partner, in close collaboration with our various offerings and dovetail it into a joint business plan
- Establish a management system that includes regular cadence with firm executives and partner counterparts
- Define a scorecard for joint success and facilitate periodic executive checkpoints to measure success, review status, key issues, and actions
- Identify in country good calibre community of resources committed to championing and driving the alliance growth
- Identify and promote new areas to monetise the partnership
- Understand partner competitive strategy, technology and positioning. Identify and communicate impacts to firm's strategy
- Proactively manage relationship change, acting swiftly and professionally to re-assess and where necessary terminate a partnership that is deteriorating
Alliance Sales and Marketing :
- Support of alliance sales opportunities to develop proposals for client pursuits and to ensure deal closures
- Build joint marketing plans and establish co-marketing funding models to sustain lead generation and media/analyst interest
- Ensure joint GTM with partner are crisp and fit for purpose, continually test with the field sales team and solicit feedback
- Deliver ongoing sales enablement calls on a regular basis to maintain awareness of solutions available
- Support the Industry strategy and dovetail alliances efforts into overall firm's vison
Skills & Experience :
- Self motivated individual who will represent the firm with highest levels of professionalism
- Work experience of 12- 18 years in the technology industry in sales management
- Experience in services sales, in a matrix organization is desirable
- Demonstrated experience of pipeline management and leads management
- Existing connects with technology alliances in the industry and comfort in working with C suite executives
- Outstanding written, presentation & communication skills
Engineer and/or MBA or an equivalent preferred
