Recruiter SAN
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter - Analysts and or Recruiting Operations Assistants.
Relationships :
Reports to : GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter - Manager or Senior Specialist or Specialist
Supervises : May supervise Recruiter -Analysts and or Recruiting Operations Assistants
External Relationships : Channels or Sources. Universities Search Firms Internet Job Boards Accenture Alumni etc. Recruiting and or HR Organizations.
Knowledge or Skills Requirements :
- Good understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure
- Strong understanding of the company's position in the marketplace
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of recruiting profiles
- Very good understanding of selling messages for each organization
- Strong interviewing skills
- Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
- Very good understanding of the external marketplace or trends
- Data analysis experience
- Strong team player
- Basic Leadership and coaching skills
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Experience : 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Work Requirements : Some travel may be required
Qualification : Postgraduate degree preferred

- The Recruiter should have experience in managing technology hiring or sourcing primarily in SAP skills.
- Should have strong communication and client management skills.
