The Accenture India B-school hiring team is the custodian of the Accenture brand at top B-school campuses across the country. The team works closely with senior business stakeholders and recruitment teams across entities to hire close to 1K students for FTE & internship roles from campus annually. In addition to B-school hiring the team also manages specialized industry or domain focused hiring to meet our business needs - IN THE NEW- . To win the so called - war for talent- at campus the team designs and delivers Hi-Touch and Hi-Tec engagement initiatives which reinforce our positioning at campus as an Employer of choice.
Key priorities: The incumbent will be aligned as a B-school campus recruiter to one or more of our entities. Will be accountable for end to end program management of the campus hiring needs for the entity.
Market / campus facing priorities
- Be a custodian and advocate of the Accenture brand at campus. Demonstrate passion to TELL and SELL Accenture and ensure that we hire the best talent at the best slot
- Drive campus engagement activities. Ideate and execute plans to reinforce and strengthen Accenture's brand positioning as a day zero company at a campus.
- Build a sound understanding of the campus landscape and have a right pulse of competitor/industry activity at the campus
- Maintain robust and effective working relationships with stakeholders at a campus
- Stakeholders: Students, placement committees, chairpersons leading placement committees
Internal priorities
- Understand business requirements and position self as a talent advisor to business and entity recruitment team to tap the right talent pools at tier 1 campuses
- Work with multiple stakeholders (eg, Marcom, Legal, CIO etc) to design and deliver programs for campus engagement
- Leverage technology and other methods to create a positive impact on hiring manager & candidate experience
- Collaborate within and outside the team to drive operational efficiencies in a manner which is compliant with standard Accenture recruiting guidelines
- Plan execute and report outcome of hiring events in a noiseless and efficient manner
- Stakeholders: Entity Campus sponsors ( typically MD- s), hiring managers, entity recruiting teams, institute alumni
