Role title: S&CS sales Consultant
Location: Gurgaon/mumbai
Job Description
Sales professionals to design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through sales diagnostic, process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.
Sales Strategy professionals
- Work on designing and implementing plans on sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, territory management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization.
- Work as sales owner of an area of business with direct team reporting & management of channel partners.
- Work as an integral part of the client's sales organization, towards driving sales and revenue numbers - with a structured, logical and data oriented approach.
- Work on diagnostics on client data and processes to understand gaps, in the current state processes to help improve client processes

- Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities

- Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
Experience:
Specific experience will include:
- A minimum of 4- 8 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products industry - Ecommerce/FMCG
- Consulting or functional experience in
Sales Strategy and Business Planning and digital marketing/online marketing
Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management
Product and market entry/launch strategy
Sales Operations
Digital Marketing
Channel management ( Direct / Indirect)
Sales Force Incentive Management
Trade Spend management
- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable
- Strong program management/ people management skills
- Experience working with - C- level executives
- MBA from a Tier 1 B School
- Global exposure will be desirable
- Preference will be given to candidates working as Sales managers in one of the above listed industries.
