Resources NR - Cement Plant Operations  Principal Duties And Responsibilities:  - Deliver cement/building material projects   - Support in developing point of views/key trends in building material industry   Qualifications:   - Engineering Degree   - MBA   Experience:   - 1-8 years of relevant experience in the following :  - Industry exposure in Cement, Ready Mix, other building materials   - Hands on experience of working in cement plant locations and experience of working on performance/business improvement projects across the entire value chain (Mining, Clinker production, Logistics)  - Understanding of sales and marketing function activities, dealer management, sales planning etc.   - Thorough understanding of Revenue streams, cost elements, profitability KPIs for the cement/building materials industry   - Understanding of Cement processes and understating of the key KPIs  - Detailed knowledge of key challenges facing the building material industry, key digital trends in the industry  - Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.   - Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.  - Should be open to travel in and outside the country  Key Competencies and Skills :   - Digital tools and enablers understanding   - Operational efficiency improvement
